Ada Cecilia Wong Hee was the fifth child of William Wong Hee and Sarah (nee Reeves). She was born on 13 March 1879 at Inglewood Road, Borough of St Arnaud, Kara Kara and was baptised at Christ Church St Arnaud on the same day.
Ada died 5 weeks later at the Inglewood Road address. Her death certificate records that she was attended by J J Wolfenden, Surgeon Certified, and had been suffering from General Debility since birth. She was buried by a Church of England Minister, Rev. I B Stair, in the St Arnaud cemetery on 23 April, 1879.
