Dyer Street Perth.
Yuen Hoy Poy arrived in WA in May 1894 from Chungshan China, aged 24 years. He married Mary Brewer in 1910 and they had six children: Doreen Sadie, Elvie, Clyde, Renie, Bruce and Royce.
Records show the factory operated in Railway Parade in 1914 and Dyer Street in 1916. In 1919, Yuen Hoy Poy built a new factory in James Street, which was burnt down c. 1929-1932.
