Charles Wong Hee (ca 1873 - ?) married Tutoy Chinn in Launceston, in 1904. She was 16, he was 31. They had five sons, Norman, Keith, Reginald, Frank and Cedric, and two daughters, Thelma (later Thelma Cremin), and Judith. Charles and Tutoy moved to Melbourne around 1915. At first Charles worked for the Department of Lands and Territories. Later, in the mid-1920s, Charles set up the Wong Hee fruit wholesaling business in Little Bourke Street.
