Mr Louey Wah was the Chung Wah Association's first President.
He held office for two terms from 1909 - 1912 and later 1914 - 1915. The family name changed to Tack as his son was recorded as Louey Ling Tack, and later his grandson Arthur changed the family name to Fong. There are descendants today using the Fong surname. [The Chinese names Louey, Fong and Kwong are all considered to be from the same family descendant]
