Group of Chinese workers who were arrested crossing the South Australia/Queensland border without permission. They were escorted by police to Croydon. Here they were fed under guard outside the Croydon Court House. They were arraigned to Normanton for trial. There were 25 people in total. (Original photograph one of four featured in the Queenslander, 27 October 1900, p. 876)
