The Museum of Chinese Australian History requested selected copies of photographs related to the Chinese in Australia held by the State Library of New South Wales. Printed copies were made of these photographs probably in the 1980s. In later years other copies of photographs held by the State Library of New South Wales were made for exhibitions and publications.
