Shows a procession of people holding a flag in traditional costume. The street they walk along is open on the left hand side with verandahed shops on the other side.

It is uncertain whether this photograph was taken in Cairns or Innisfail. The Oxley library print is slightly cropped on all sides compared to the copy published in Cathy May's book.
